The transaction with this person ended badly, with me out of the birds, and a fraudulent claim from a person claiming to be Jaimie Mou, that they had birds to trade. OK...I talked with Dusty Rhodes the FWS officer in charge of the investigation as to recovering my birds from Devin Boutte in New Iberia LA. In order to pursue a lawsuit/charges against Devin for Fraud the Attorney Generals Office said that the fraud should total $$30,000 or more in order to do it. FWS is up to $9,000 between myself and another person. Officer Rhodes gave me permission to post his email and # for anyone that can supply more info of persons that have lost $$ or birds to Devin.
