Captive diet for Count King Bird of Paradise:
7 grams of fruit - mixture of papaya, grapes, figs, apple, banana, raisins (soaked overnight in water) or 1/2 can of diced fruit fed in the morning
7 grams of berries - eugenia, pyracantha, blueberries, mulberries or blackberries fed in the evening
28 grams of crumbled hard-boiled egg
5 grams of cooked rice
5 grams of vegetables - grated carrots, shredded lettuce
5 grams of insects - mealworms or earthworms fed in leafmould feeding box
1 pinky mouse or 1/2 small mouse fed every other day
5 grams of trout chow mixed with cooked rice
5 grams of Vionate multivitamin powder sprinkled on rice
