14 grams of either acorns, almonds, peanuts and pine nuts
40 grams of rodents
51 grams of chicks
57 grams of raw egg crumbled with shell on meat
14 grams if either grasshoppers, locusts, crickets, beetles, grubs, moths or mealworms
5 grams of trout chow mixed with meat
5 grams of Vionate or any multivitamin powder sprinkled on meat
